twit twit!
haven’t had much time for blogging this year and am really touched that people still pop by daily for updates, though erm….there’s no updates so far for this year.
will prolly revive this space SOON (i hope!) and in the meantime, you can hop over to my Twitter for bite-sized updates which is on a much regular basis!
till then, ciao!
xoxo, Claudy
a few months ago, the guys and i decided we should lead a healthier lifestyle so we plan to meet up at East Coast every week to do sports- cycling, roller-blading, jogging etc.
this was our second ECP outing, which is like 2.5 months back? hehe….

i cycled while Wayne bladed and Jovan jogged.
though the sky threaten to rain while we heading back to return the blades and bicycle, we were quite lucky that it only started pouring when we head back to the car.
headed to Parkway to have dinner with Aidil and Shawn. after dinner, we went back to East Coast to continue with our current obession- lomo photography.
our first attempt turns out pretty awesome, here are just a couple of the many many pictures that we took….
and this picture of us 4 won some Halloween cateogary that Shawn send in to! so proud of Shawn!
with some experience now, we were able to take better pictures. shall find time to upload some picture from our second attempt.
here we are in the midst of the photoshoot. couldn’t take much pictures because the flash from the digital camera will affect the pictures from the lomo camera.

this time round, we limited ourselves to just 2-hours of photoshoot. the last time we stayed till about 1.30am before we packed up! we were having so much fun that we didn’t realised time has passed by so fast.
we were still camwhoring when we prepared to set off for home….
aniwaz due to all the Christmas dinners and gatherings, i haven’t been heading down to ECP with the guys for the last 3 weeks. aniwaz shall be back to leading a healthy life-style and also back to blogging more reguarly when Christmas is over!
absence makes the heart fonder
i hope all of you have grown to love me more during my absence. haha. aniwaz how was everyone’s long weekend? i hope all of you had fun!
i’m so sorry some of you have to wait for your pics for such a long loooong time. i have this very stubborn habit of posting everything in chronological order as i don’t like the idea of jumbling things up. so have to wait till i post up all the past photos from 2 weeks ago before starting on the more recent ones.
be more patient with me ok?
♥♥♥♥
wasn’t in a pretty mood a couple of weeks ago and so Jovan came down to have dinner with me and then we had ice-cream at Swenson to cheer me up. ice-cream always make me feel happier.

it’s really nice to be surrounded by the TLC of friends when things aint going wel. i really thank you for the presence of such angels in my life, you guys know who you are! love you all!!
♥♥♥♥
attended a 1-day Design & Branding workshop at the National Museum held by Consulus and it was lotsa fun! got to meet quite a number of people who are very creative and inspiring in their own ways, and i hope it’s rubbing off me!
was later spilt up into groups and had to come up with a marketing campaign as well as the design concept for a brand of milk. a bunch of us girls came together as a team and were the most noisy team with loud laughter and shrieking. it was a very fun and learning process!
and in the end, we were awarded the team with the best campaign!
had to rush down to Yishun for dinner with the boys after the workshop. and Shawn bought us a big bag of nougats and individual gifts for each of us all the way from Down Under!

a box of aromotheraphy oils & sticks for me and a musical scroll each for Ah duh & Jovan.
love the oils, especially the lavender one cuz it smell absolutely heavenly!
and Wayne got a plushie koala bear!
aniwaz the guys make plans to come over my house to bring the two girls out, i’m sure Twinkle and Kiki will be damn happy to see them again. :)
♥♥♥♥
met up with Shawn and Jovan after work for dinner in the town. and i got yet another lovely gift from Shawn!
a big seashell from Australia, he’s so super sweet lar!
aniwaz we hang out till about 11pm plus and while Shawn set off for Genting, me and Jovan head down to join Ah Du for a chill-out session with Apple and Dennis at Shanghai Jazz.
i thought it was quite a nice place, cosy and intimate. just to let you guys know, Shanghai Jazz is about 10mins walk away from the National Library.
we hang out until about 4am plus and then it was sleep-over at Jovan’s place where we chatted till morning, slept for a couple of hours and then had breakfast together and it was home sweet home.
oinked the whole day away, waking at about 9pm to prepare for the party at dblo for Rebecca and Jax’s birthday.
took alot of pictures and here are some of it, and the rest are on Facebook.
a group picture!
dblo isn’t really my fave club but the company really makes up for it!
we partied till 4am and went for supper, super tired when the guys dropped me home.
♥♥♥♥
shall end this post with our monthsary dinner at Tampines Ajisen and then ice-cream at Swenson.
you know, i just noticed the vast difference in our skin tone. i wished the love could become even more tan so that i can look stunningly fairer. haha.
aniwaz be back soon! *cross finger!*
just came back from ECP with the guys and some new friends. was supposed to go jogging but ended up chatting at Subway instead.
aniwaz, i’m sorry for such a long hiatus!! thank you all who continue to check back this miserable cyber-space for update everyday.
it has been a rather uneventful couple of weeks aniwaz, the most exciting thing that happened was prolly the little accident i got into last week. a car crashed into the bf’s bike from the back and the impact of it flung me off. it all happened so very quick and i was super freaked out that i couldn’t stop shivering in pain and shock.
so the doc ordered that i do as little walking as possible as i sprained my right foot. so i had to cancel my one whole week of schedule- Vivo dinner with Xiaohui, Shejin’s birthday dinner at Overeasy, weekly cycling trip at ECP, shopping in town with William and celebrating Kenneth’s birthday!
on top of that, the internet connection at the love’s place was so super slow that i totally give up on it. which explain why i have not been updating.
to digress, i caught the movie 2012 on Friday night in town. Angeline and i thought it was pretty good while Chris and the love wasn’t too impressed and instead scoffed at the unrealistic effects. personally, the thought of the world ending in another 3 years time is indeed very depressing cuz there’s so much things i have yet to do and achieve! oh well, i’ve just gotta learn to worry less and leave everything in our Father’s hands.
aniwaz i’m dying to read my new novel now so check back at this space again cuz a picture post is coming up soonish!
sleepover.booze.movie.oldies.
sleepover at Wayne’s place with Jovan about 2 weekends back.
met up at AMK Hub and while waiting for the two to arrive, went shopping at G200 and spend $100++. sigh. and the sad thing was my G2000 membership card has not been mailed to me yet, so i can’t make use of it to clock points.
aniwaz dinner was my fave western food joint and then by midnight we headed over to Wayne’s place for boozing and movie. initially we wanted to have a movie marathon, but we only started our first movie at about 4am plus!
so you asked us what we were doing?

we started off with the normal smiley poses and when Wayne starts digging out head-gears, we went crazy with it!!

haha i know we looked silly and childish! but you guys should try it, it’s very very fun and adds a whole new dimension to the friendship!
oh, and show you guys some cute pictures of meeeee!!!

MUHAHA!! i hope you guys didn’t just viomit your lunch/dinner/supper out!
aniwaz my digi-cam batt died and then we started FB-ing and looking at past pictures. and so yes, it was a good 4 hours before we finally came round to our movie session. and i chose There’s Something About Mary, not too bad i think.
Wayne and i slept at 6am plus while Jovan psp-ed. woke up at 11am plus and then met up with Shawn for lunch. cabbed home at 4pm and went straight to bed after a shower. then in the night, headed down to join the guys at Oldies pub for Yezi & Ah Du’s pre-birthday celebration.
i actually don’t enjoy pubbing at such places BUT the company totally makes up for it!

there was about 6 cameras that night! so imagine when all of the people who brought along their camera tag the photos on Facebook.
decided to do a collage cuz too many pictures from my camera alone!

and with the birthday girl and boy!

Yezi, may you stay so sweet & pretty always! Ah Du, may you get fitter with all those crazy marathons! haha
aniwaz hope you two enjoy yourselves thoroughly!

time waits for no one
forgo the East Coast outing with the guys today and kinda regret it. it was supposed to be a roller-blading outing and i skipped it because i don’t really like to roller-blade, i’m more of a cycling girl. and in the end, Jovan and Wayne went cycling!
aniwaz also good lah, then i can stay at home to update this miserable cyber-space of mine. just the other day, Francis & Ben (my 2 dearest self-proclaimed No 1 fans of this blog of mine) called to complain what an irresponsible blogger i am!??!! like what the hell lor, i am not a full-time blogger or what. (-.-!!)
i know i am such an awful procrastinator these couple of weeks, BUT i have a good reason for it! i’ve been very busy, getting home so very late and clocking less than 4hours of sleep every single day for the past 2 weeks.
my schedules are crazy but it feels good to constantly surround myself with the TLC of lovely friends because like drugs, they make you forget your problems in its presence. haha so not a very good comparison but that was the best my sleep-starved brain can think of for the moment!
♥♥♥♥
dinner with Wayne and Jovan at Yishun Xin Wang. i’m craving for their milk tea as i’m typing this post.

these two always make me laugh so much!

i’m truly blessed to have such good friends! thank you for constantly being there for me with the never-ending supply of encouragement and support!

Wayne drove me home after our dinner and we chatted till 3am plus at my place.
♥♥♥♥
headed down to the airport with Adrain and Jovan to send Shawn off to Australia. he’s going there to take part in a 42km marathon. he thinks he’s crazy to travel all the way there just to take part in a race, but i think otherwise. if i have got the time , i would love to do something as spontaneous as this too. after all, we are young only once and i believe in following your heart.

and my personal fave is….
tadah!

damn cute-unless-you-don’t-know-what-to-say right?! haha!!
aniwaz chilled out at Xin Wang till it was time for Pope’s flight.

Xin Wang’s milk tea is LOVE!

aniwaz, i also want to go travelling!
i wonder what will happen to my supposingly year-end Hong Kong trip….sigh….
♥♥♥♥
met up wth Xiaohui for dinner at Bugis and at her suggestion, we tried the Bento at Iluma.

i love what i ordered and i think it’s pretty good. and i am really in love with their array of pretty desserts. think colours, fruits, mochi, waffles and ice-cream all rolled into one. though the both of us were full after our main course, we still found room for desserts!

YUMMY!!
will confirm be back to try out the rest of the desserts!

♥♥♥♥
dinner at CCK New York New York with Jovan & Adrian and a bunch of new friends, whom are friends of Adrian. really lovely people and though it was the first time we met, conversation flowed real easily.

and NYNY actually gives out FREE unlimited cotton candy!!
so happy!

group picture! so sorry guys that i took so long to post these up, aniwaz hope to catch up again!

♥♥♥♥
dinner at Yishun Xin Wang again, our second time there within a week.
and as usual we started to take crazy pictures once we settled down. i like how spontentous they can be, never bothered that they looked funny or crazy, all for the sake of fun!

because i was feeling really crappy that day, the both of them convinced me that i need some beer to cheer me up. didn’t really drink much because i aint much of a beer person.
Wayne drove me home and we saw a cat that loves me so much that she went to sleep, curled up on my lap! i was trying my very hard not to be freaked out when she jumped unto my lap as i’m kinda afraid of cats. most of my friends often laughed that since i have no qualms about approaching big dogs, why am i be scared of a tiny cat? i don’t know lah, i’m just not a cat-person.
aniwaz we chatted till about 2am plus and i went to work looking like a zombie. all these late nights for the past 2 weeks is making me look so dull and sallow.
♥♥♥♥
KTV session with the girls is always something i look forward to! i love how we always set aside time to meet up and do something together.
this time, instead of our usual Orchard & Woodlands Party World haunts, i bought them to the one at International Plaza which is personally my fave outlet because their customer service is really really good.

i love these girls so much! and our 13th anniversary is coming in another 3 months time! initially planned to go Bangkok to celebrate but too bad Sharon couldn’t make it. so now we are racking our brains as to what we should do this year. any suggestions peeps?

next up we’ll be celebrating Shejin’s birthday!
♥♥♥♥
aniwaz time really flies and i have somehow or another managed to survive these 2 months. things hasn’t exactly worked out but i’m determined to stay happy because time is too precious to waste. after all, we only get to live each day once only. so no more crying, no more locking myself up, no more skipping meals, NO MORE BEING UNHAPPY!!
okok before i start rambling more crazy stuff, i better scot off to bed now. too lazy to upload further so till next time, gdnitey!
i came home at 5am plus last night and didn’t sleep a single wink.
too much thoughts running through my head….
when will rainbow appear in my dark skies?
been very busy this whole week, hence the week-long hiatus from this space of mine. hope you guys didn’t think i just died or what.
a quick post before i start on my new novel which Cordy got!
dinner at Manhattan Fish Market with Wayne 2 friday ago. i think i will never ever get tired of their famous flaming prawns which i super duper love.

after dinner, we went to pick Canace & little Ben and then met up with the rest at Bugis for a pre-celebration of Shawn’s birthday at TCC. though i was in my i-don’t-feel-very-happy mood, i was genuinely enjoying myself after a while. it was lotsa fun and i totally love love love hanging out with this group of people, they make me happy.
and we took alot of pictures too!

and once again, HAPPY BIRTHDAY shawnie!
and i hope you enjoyed the celebration as much as i do, though it’s not my birthday. haha

ok i’ll be back with more pictures in my next post, maybe tomorrow.
have a great weekend!
